he 2024 Global Human Capital Summit aims to convene thought leaders & stakeholders to accelerate and globalize human capital development in Indonesia. As we approach “Indonesia Emas 2045”, GIPA hopes that GHC Summit 2024 will act as a pivotal instrument that helps accelerate Indonesia’s economic and human capital trajectory and builds a network of future talents for a stronger Indonesian presence overseas.

In alignment with Indonesia’s ASEAN Chairmanship 2023, GIPA organized its second annual GHC Summit themed ‘Shaping talents of the future for a resilient and innovative ASEAN,’ supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the ASEAN Business Advisory Council. The summit addressed the increase of digitized workforce and advanced expertise in green, health, and technology sectors in the context of Indonesia in ASEAN.

The GHC Summit 2022, held alongside Indonesia’s G20 Presidency, was hosted by GIPA in collaboration with B20 Indonesia and KADIN, supported by the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime and Investment Affairs. The inaugural of GHC Summit aimed to enhance global digital, green, and health talents through Indonesian professional associations worldwide, facilitating human capital development to achieve Indonesia’s G20 2022 goals.
