Join the upcoming UK-Indonesia EV Forum with Governor of Jakarta, Anies Baswedan in London, UK on Thursday, 12th May.

This forum aims to promote opportunities from sustainable mobility and to connect key UK and Indonesia players to advance collaborations in the end-to-end electrification agenda.

This forum is hosted by GIPA in collaboration with Transjakarta and the Jakarta Capital City Government (DKI Jakarta), supported by The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), Connected Catapult Places, Indonesian Embassy in London and British Embassy in Jakarta.

This session brings together Impact Investors at COP26 and will feature the launch of Indonesia Impact Fund (IIF) – the first Indonesia-led private impact fund investing into startups with strong SDG impacts. IIF is a platform for family offices and institutional investors who believe in a sustainable and net zero future, but also wanting a competitive financial return.

This session shifts the narrative of the energy transition towards system value is critical for society and the economy. Accenture, using the World Economic Forum System Value Framework, is launching an Indonesia market study highlighting challenges and opportunities in Indonesia’s Energy Transition and pathways to achieving Indonesia’s ambitious net zero nationwide targets. Indonesia will take the G20 and B20 2022 momentum in the following year to put Indonesia in the forefront of global energy transition stories.
